It seems like we just got started, so it is hard to believe that we need to start thinking about the end of year Marching Band Banquet. This year it will be held on Monday, July 9th at 6:00 p.m. We are holding the Banquet at the High School and will utilize our beautiful new Commons Area and Performing Arts Center. We will eat dinner first in the Commons and then will all move to the PAC (remember no food or drink) to watch our end of year video, recognize all our achievements, as well as celebrate our seniors. Attached is the Reservation and Payment form which has all the details. We ask that you please complete the bottom of the Reservation and Payment Form and return as directed by Saturday, June 30th.
Unfortunately, this is a firm deadline as we have to let the caterer know the number of expected guests. No payment or reservations can be taken at the door. Once your Reservation and Payment is received, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
