AFTER rosters have been set and confirmed (which will be around March 1st), "contracts" will be established for each participant. Parents must go into the Tuition system to "sign" the contract. (They need to sign this regardless of scholarship or fundraising dollars they will receive.) Follow the steps below to sign the contract. You cannot make a payment until the contract is signed.

A “contract” must be signed before an invoice for participation is generated. Follow the steps below to sign your student’s contract.

• Visit waconiaactivities.org

• Click on the Registration tab

• Click on the icon with the purple $ and graduation cap.

• Log In

• In the “Contracts” section, click on the blue contract name (i.e. Hornline, Drumline, etc.)

• Agree to pay registration according to the payment plan you select on later screens (either paid in full or three payments).

• Click “Submit” “Next”

• Type parent's name to "Sign" the Contract

• Select payment plan and method

• Click "Next"

• Type full name and click "Sign"

• Click on “Sign & Set Up Payment”

• Now the status of the contract will be listed as "Signed"

Make a Payment (after the contract is signed)

• Visit waconiaactivities.org

• Click on the Registration tab

• Click on the icon with the purple $ and graduation cap

• Log In

• In the contracts section select “Make Payment”

• Add the item to your cart

• Click on “Checkout”

• Choose your payment type, form of payment, and type name as signature

• Click on “Pay Now”

  • Please note, payment is continuous this year, even if you cannot complete the full payment any amount will suffice to not receive a “late payment message”

There will be a second order in June for those that want apparel after the season started. 

Reminder--all members need a show shirt and at least one dry-fit tee to wear under their uniforms. 

There are separate menus for what is required and optional for each section.
